Time Well Lost - Soundscape Composition

The space I chose to capture for my Soundscape Composition is a bubble bath. Bubble baths have taken on new meaning for me over the past year during social isolation. While stuck inside, it has been important to find spaces of joy, peace, and solitude. Bubble baths have become a lovely escape inside my own home. 

I wouldn't usually consider a bubble bath to be a space. However, that changed for me when I recently moved to a new apartment. The first night, to settle in, I had a bubble bath. I was in an entirely new physical location, but I was able to recreate the same peaceful space for myself. From the running water, to the foaming bubbles, and the wind chimes floating in through the window, bubble baths have become my happy place.
